Delicious Apple Pie Smoothie

1 1/2 medium apples, chopped into chunks

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon 100% pure vanilla extract

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup instant oats

1 tablespoon flaxseed oil

1/3 cup ice

Combine all ingredients into a blender and mix well. This is a great alternative to that high calorie apple pie. Why not try a smoothie that tastes amazing. while keeping your diet on track? Adding flaxseed oil will give you an added burst of Omega-3, while the almond milk provides a healthier option than regular or skim milk.
